COURSE DETAILS
This two-module course equips nurses with practical communication strategies to respond with empathy, build trust, and support patients and caregivers in sharing what matters most. Offered in both Adult and Pediatrics versions, the course presents real-world scenarios that mirror daily challenges and help nurses strengthen relationships while ensuring care is guided by patient and family values.
Your course experience begins with Module 1: Responding to Emotion, followed by real-time practice in our Communities of Practice sessions. You’ll then return to complete Module 2: Learning About Priorities.
