During each course, clinicians will be able to accomplish the following:
- Adapt a strategy for using the REMAP framework for conducting goals of care conversations with patients and surrogates.
- Determine which skill within REMAP is needed for particular goals of care conversations with patients and surrogates.
- Feel more confident and prepared for goals of care conversations.
- Adapt these strategies for both in-person and telehealth encounters.
