Current customers and existing accounts

If you need to change your course dates, please contact our programs team at courses@vitaltalk.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. For a quicker response, please include your enrollment details in your message. Please note that we cannot guarantee accommodation for all requests, and we recommend referencing our cancellation policy for any fees associated with changes.

If your access is about to expire and you would like an extension, please contact our support team at courses@vitaltalk.org. We will review your request and let you know if an extension is possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all extension requests will be approved.

If you’re having trouble signing in, first confirm you’re using the same email address you used to enroll. Then try these steps:

  • Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in page to request a password reset.
  • Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email. If you don’t receive it within 10–15 minutes, wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Try signing in from a different browser or an incognito/private window to rule out cached data or browser extensions.

If none of the above works, contact our support team at courses@vitaltalk.org. Include the email address on your account, a short description of the problem, any error messages, and the browser/device you’re using.

If you are a first-time purchaser and haven’t received your account creation or purchase receipt email:

  • Verify you’re checking the same email address you used to enroll.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Wait up to 24 hours for account-creation emails to arrive (occasionally they are delayed).

If you still haven’t received the email after 24 hours or need immediate assistance, contact courses@vitaltalk.org and include your full name, the email used to enroll, the date of purchase, and any payment/receipt details so we can locate your enrollment and activate your account.

If you are having trouble accessing your training, please check your email for a confirmation message with login details. If you still cannot access or retake your course, contact our support team at courses@vitaltalk.org for assistance. Be sure to include your enrollment details in your message.
